Information about scholarships is available
to SHRP students by clicking on the List of
SHRP Scholarships information link below. Each
year, the UMDNJ Foundation and SHRP Scholarship
committee meets to award scholarships to qualified
applicants who demonstrate academic and professional
achievement in their programs and fields.
Scholarships are available for both newly entering
students and continuing students. You must be
accepted as a matriculated student to be eligible
for a scholarship. You may be eligible for more
than one scholarship and you are invited to
apply for all scholarships for which you are
eligible. Some scholarships are based on financial
need. To apply for these scholarships, you must
submit the Free
Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
When applying for SHRP scholarships, be sure
to read the application directions carefully
and follow all directions. Incomplete applications
will be disqualified. The deadline for all application
materials, including the receipt of transcripts
is June 1st.
If you have any questions regarding SHRP Scholarships,
please contact Donna Cifelli in the Deans office at 973-972-6507. If you are selected to receive
an SHRP scholarship, you will be notified by mail during the summer. Scholarship awards
are credited to your account approximately ten
days before the start of the fall semester.
